JOY CHINA INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED is one of the leading manufacturers of metal glass furniture in northern China. After several years of development, now JOY CHINA owns more than 100 thousands sq.m. workshop, more than 100 skilled workers and all kinds of advance machinery system, where we can produce and ship more than 100x 40’hq of metal glass, MDF veneer, MDF high gloss dining room and living room furniture per month.
Up to now, our dining tables, dining chairs, coffee table and tv stands have all passed the EN 12520 & EN 12521 stability test and all of the glass part have passed the EN12150 test. For metal parts products, we have passed the Lead free test, Chrome part Salt Spray Test 96 hours. For Satin Fabric, PU and Foam material, we have passed DMF test, Azoic test. Esp. for the Satin Fabric we also have passed Color Fastness to Crocking (AATCC 8-2007), Tearing Strength, Tensile Strength, Seam Slippage and also Abrasion Resistance test. Also for UK products we had pass BS 5852 UKFR test for PVC, PU and Foam. For glass part we had pass BS6206 test.
At the moment, we had been succeeded in bringing JOY CHINA products to more than 30 countries all over the world. They are including UK, Germany, Holland, France, Spain, Japan, USA, South American, Italy, etc.
